Description of Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our B2B clients' goals. You'll be responsible for handling projects related to lead generation, content marketing, and unique projects tailored for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels for B2B clients, including email, social media, and PPC.

· Manage lead generation efforts, including creating and executing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.

· Collaborate with the content teams to create and distribute engaging content that supports content marketing efforts, with a focus on B2B.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.

· Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

· Understand and apply performance marketing/media buying strategies to maximize ROI on ad spend.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and its effectiveness in the B2B space, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

· Proven experience in lead generation, content marketing, and performance marketing/media buying.

· Experience in content creation for B2B marketing.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
