Description of Role
- Assist in the development and execution of online performance marketing strategies to drive user awareness, acquisition, engagement, and/or conversion.
- Execute, manage and optimise media buys in major digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, DV360)
- Analyse campaign performance and generate detailed reports to make relevant optimisations and recommendations to deliver the best possible result.
- Closely monitor campaign’s performance to ensure objectives & KPI are met.
- Work closely with strategizing team for upcoming and execute digital campaigns.
- Provide media buying and audience targeting recommendations for clients ranging from B2C, B2B and IT Solution provider.
- Interest in latest digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and demands.
Requirements
- Must have AT LEAST 1 (ONE) YEAR min. experience in digital media buying (Facebook and Google)
- Understanding of online performance marketing concepts, paid media channels, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Strong analytical, metrics oriented mindset, problem solving and time management skills.
- Good with numbers and possess attention to detail.
- Well-versed in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Proactive, energetic and good team player.
- Able to perform under minimal supervision.
- Google AdWords, Google Analytics & Facebook Blueprint certification are added advantage.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
